Linji 3 "n'djamen", aside from the omission of the final vowel rather than the addition is, I believe, the correct interpretation of the IPA for N'DJamena, as shown in the English article. Also, 'ndj' is not a valid lojban consonant cluster, and syllabification does not, I think, change that. So perhaps ''n,jamenys''.
